Chakras are so often outside of our awareness. Our own beautiful, spinning energy centers and not only are we out of touch with them on a visceral level but many minds are completely unaware of their existence. We currenlty live in what I will call the 1-2-3 world and we need to turn it into the 4-5-6 world. We live in our Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras, meaning the majority of our energy, attention, awareness resides there. In a 4-5-6 world we are balancing ourselves out by bringing our energy, attention, and awareness to the Heart, Throat, and Third Eye.
